What we'll respond to
- Calculation issues. If a result looks wrong, send the calculator name and the inputs you used so we can reproduce it. We treat correction reports as a priority. See our editorial policy for how we maintain calculation accuracy.
- Feedback and feature ideas. Tell us what's missing, confusing, or valuable to you.
- Partnership and collaboration ideas. Credit unions, educators, and writers covering personal finance — we're listening.
- General questions about how the calculators work. Each calculator's “How this is calculated” section is the deepest answer; if it doesn't cover your case, ask us.
Why there's no contact form
Contact forms route messages through a third-party service that stores your name, email, and message. We didn't want that. Direct email keeps your inquiry between you and us, gives you a record of the thread in your own inbox, and avoids one more place where your data has to live. It's the same reason calculator inputs never leave your browser.

- Tell us the calculator name and the inputs you used. We'll reproduce it, fix it if confirmed, and add a regression test so it can't recur.
- Do you offer phone or live-chat support?
- No. Email is the only support channel. It keeps inquiries documented and searchable for both sides.
- Can I get personalized financial, tax, or legal advice?
- No. We answer questions about how our calculators work and how the math behind them is structured. Specific personalized advice belongs with a licensed professional.
- Will my email be used for marketing?
- No. Your email is used only to reply to your message. We don't run a newsletter, marketing automation, or remarketing.
